Ingredients
Shrimp ( 6 ) | Pork floss (appropriate amount) |

1.Prepare materials.

2. Mix the meat floss and rice evenly, here we use seaweed chicken floss!

3. Then shape it into a small round ball! The chicken floss with seaweed is used here!

4. Wash the lettuce and soak it in salt water for a while.

5. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add ginger slices, shallots, pepper, salt and cooking wine Bring to a boil over high heat.
