Spring bamboo shoots ( 4 roots ) | Bacon ( 1 small piece ) |

How to stir-fry bacon with spring bamboo shoots

1.Wash fresh spring bamboo shoots

2.Cut in half and peel off the skin

3. Cut into cubes

4.Preparation Bacon slices, carrot chunks
