How to make pickled fish

1. Cut the fish into pieces, add cooking wine, ginger slices, green onions, marinade bag, and marinate for 5 minutes

2. Wash and cut the tofu into pieces, soak in water and set aside

3.Wash the bean sprouts and set aside

4.Heat oil in a pan, add sauerkraut and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the ingredients and stir-fry evenly

5.Pour in hot or boiling water, add fish pieces after boiling, and cook over high heat for five minutes

6.Add bean sprouts and tofu and cook over low heat for ten minutes

Tips
The fishy smell should be removed in advance, cooking wine and ginger slices are the best
