Spicy fried yellow clams Recipe

2. Soak the yellow clams in advance and spit out the sand.Boil the water in the pot, add the yellow clams and ginger slices and cook until Open your mouth.

3. Remove and drain.

4.Cut green onion, garlic slices, ginger slices, cilantro into sections, and shred the onion.
