Ingredients
Celery ( 150g ) | Red shrimp ( 100g ) |
Salt ( Trace amount ) | White sugar ( Trace amount ) |
Minced garlic ( a little ) | MSG ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry red shrimps with celery

1. Cut celery into inch-long sections.Wash the small red shrimps and soak them in warm water to rinse away excess salt.

2. Heat the wok, add a little salt, and blanch the celery until it breaks.Raw, remove and drain the water and set aside.

3. Heat the oil in the wok, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

4. Add the red shrimp and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add the blanched celery.

6.Add a small amount of salt, sugar, and MSG, and stir-fry evenly.

7. Remove from pot and plate.

8.The finished celery is green and crisp, and the dried red shrimp is delicious.
Tips
1.Red shrimps are relatively salty, so be sure to soak them in warm water to remove excess salt.
2.Blanch the celery until raw in advance to shorten the frying time of celery and maintain its fresh, tender and crisp taste.
