1. Prepare a yellow croaker.

2. Prepare red peppers, green peppers, carrots, shallots, and ginger.

3.Cut the green onions and ginger and set aside.

4.Cut the vegetables and set aside.

5.Pour oil into the pot, add peppercorns and stir-fry.

6. Add the yellow croaker and fry it.
