Yellow wine ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |
MSG ( Appropriate amount ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |
Ginger slices (appropriate amount) |
How to fry duck gizzards

1.Wash duck gizzards clean with salt

2. Prepare ingredients

3. Add water to the pot, add ginger slices, then some wine, and Bring duck gizzards to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until almost cooked

4. Slice mushrooms and dice shallots , shred bell peppers, shred carrots, slice garlic

5. Cooked and sliced duck gizzards

8.Pour in the duck gizzards and fry together, add some wine, add water,

Tips
When washing duck gizzards, rub them twice with salt to remove the smell , duck gizzards have good teeth after being washed and can be sliced and fried directly.
