Celery ( 1 root ) | Chicken breast ( 200g ) |
Red bell pepper ( 1/2 stick ) | Marinated chicken breast seasoning: ( ) |
Salt ( 1/2 spoon ) | Five-spice powder ( 1/3 spoon ) |
MSG ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking oil ( 1 spoon ) | Stir-fried seasoning: ( ) |
Salt ( 1/2 spoon ) | White sugar ( 1 spoon ) |
Garlic ( 2 petals ) | Green onions ( 1 section ) |
How to stir-fry chicken breast with celery

1. Shred the celery and shred the chicken breast and set aside.

2. Cut the red pepper into shreds and set aside

3. Add salt, five-spice powder, MSG, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and cooking oil to the chicken breast, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes.

4.Pour into a hot pot and stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked, remove and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded garlic and green onions and sauté until fragrant.

6.Pour in the celery and stir-fry for 1 minute.

7. Add shredded red pepper and stir-fry evenly, add salt and sugar to taste and stir-fry Evenly.
