How to stir-fry cowpeas with meat

1.Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the cowpea into 2 knuckles and set aside for later use.

3. Cut green onions into sections with a diagonal knife and set aside.

4. Cut the pork into shreds.

5.Add the ingredients ending in 1 and marinate for 10 minutes.

6. Heat oil in a pan and pour in shredded pork.

7. Stir-fry until the color changes evenly and set aside.

8. Heat oil in another pot and pour in the cowpeas.

9. Stir-fry until the cowpeas change color evenly.

10. Add a small amount of water.The cowpeas will become drier as they are fried.I am worried that they will not be cooked properly.So add some water every time.

11.Cover the lid and simmer for 2 minutes.

12. After opening the lid, stir-fry evenly and add the green onions.

13.Add a spoonful of salt.

14.1/2 spoon of five-spice powder to taste.

15. Stir well.

16.Pour in the freshly fried shredded pork.

17. Stir well and serve.
