How to make fried tofu with fungus

1. Gently rinse the tofu with water and cut it into triangular pieces of moderate thickness (before this, soak the dried fungus in warm water, I forgot to take a picture of this step)

2.Crack an egg and coat the tofu in egg liquid (you can also use it without eggs)

3. Heat the pot, pour in the oil, and start frying the tofu (be sure to use medium to small heat, and check it at any time to avoid burning it) ), fry until both sides are brown and serve out

4.All the materials are ready and the frying begins.

5. Heat the pan and pour in oil.Heat the oil to 50%.Add ginger, garlic, red pepper, and bean paste., stir-fry and pour in the fungus! Stir-fry for a few minutes (note that the fungus is easy to pop and the oil will splash! Be careful of burns)

6.Pour in the fried tofu, stir-fry for a few minutes, add salt, and then add chicken essence

7.Plate it and sprinkle with chopped green onion! Delicious tofu is ready
Tips
Choose old tofu, which will not rot easily! Also use medium-low heat to fry, preferably low heat to avoid burning
