How to make pearl meatballs

1. Chop the pork into stuffing, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn oil, sesame oil, black pepper, chicken essence, and thirteen spices for seasoning.Beat in an egg white and stir clockwise.Make the meat filling strong.

2. Soak the glutinous rice for about four hours in advance.
