How to make Braised Chicken Feet

1. Wash the blood from the chicken feet, add boiling water to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.Add a few slices of ginger and an appropriate amount of cooking wine.Take out, wash and drain the water.

2.After the oil is hot, fry it in the pan.Because it is not making tiger skin and chicken feet, the skin is not used.Fry dry.

3. Take out the chicken feet and soak them in cold water for thirty minutes, or not.

4. While soaking chicken feet, prepare ginger, garlic and coriander.

5. Prepare the spices.I have used up the cinnamon at home and did not add cinnamon.

6. Remove the soaked chicken feet.

7. After the oil is hot, turn to low heat, add dried chili peppers and bean paste and fry until red oil , add chicken feet, cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, garlic, ginger slices, sugar, and cooking wine and stir-fry.After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to adjust the color.Add a bottle of beer and simmer (you can also transfer it to a casserole) until it is cooked. The juice is ready to serve.
Tips
Beer can remove the fishy flavor and make the fried chicken feet taste better than unfried chicken feet.
