Light soy sauce ( One spoonful ) | Cooking wine ( one spoonful ) |
Oyster sauce ( one spoon ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Edible salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence (appropriate amount) |
How to stir-fry minced meat with corn kernels

1. Here is a beautiful picture, delicious and tempting!

2. Break off the corn kernels and wash them.

3. Dice carrots and ginger.

4. Add salt to the minced meat.

5.A spoonful of cooking wine.

6.A spoonful of light soy sauce.

7.A spoonful of starch.

8.Mix well.
