Ingredients
Duck gizzards ( 3 ) | Pickled pepper ( 100g ) |

How to make duck gizzards with pickled pepper

1.First, add the purchased duck gizzards to flour, rub them repeatedly, wash them and set aside.

2.Cut the green onions, kimchi, pickled peppers and garlic and set aside.

3. Cut the cleaned duck gizzards into thin slices.

4. Heat the oil in the pot.
