How to stir-fry meat with potatoes and onions

1.One potato (I didn’t think about taking pictures until I finished cutting it).200g pork tenderloin, 1 onion.

2. Slice the pork tenderloin first.

3. Cut into shreds and put into a bowl.

4.2 spoons of cooking wine.

5.1/2 spoon of salt.

6.1/2 spoon of allspice powder.

7. 1 spoon of light soy sauce.

8. 1 spoon of old soy sauce.

9. 1/2 spoon of white sugar.

10. 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil.

11.Catch evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

12. While marinating the meat, cut onions and potatoes into shreds and set aside.

13. Heat the oil in a pan until the oil temperature is 60% hot.

14.Pour in the marinated shredded pork.

15. Stir-fry until it changes color and becomes raw.

16.Pour in the shredded potatoes.

17. Stir well.

18.Pour in shredded onions.

19. Stir well.

20.Add a spoonful of salt.

21.1/2 spoon of allspice powder.

22.2 spoons of light soy sauce.

23.1 spoon of sugar.

24. Stir well and serve.
