How to make sweet vinegar pork trotters with ginger

1.Prepare the turmeric, wash off the mud, and scrape off the skin.

2. Wash with cold water and boil for about ten minutes.

3. Drain and set aside, stir-fry until the surface is golden

4.Wash the eggs and cook them with ginger for about ten minutes.

5. Remove and soak in cold water to facilitate peeling.

6.Peel the shell and set aside.

7. Cut the pig's feet into pieces, wash them, and put them in a pot with cold water.
