How to cook beer ribs

1.Chop the spareribs into small pieces and wash them

2.Put cold water into the pot, bring to a boil, add cooking wine and ginger slices, you can add a little more cooking wine, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3.While cooking the ribs, you can prepare the following items:

4. Remove the ribs and wash off the foam.Wash the pot, heat it up, add oil, sauté the Sichuan peppercorns, add ginger, garlic, millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Pour in the ribs and stir-fry, add oyster sauce, continue to stir-fry with light soy sauce, and add a little dark soy sauce for color

6.Pour in beer, bring to a boil, add sugar, pepper, allspice, and a little vinegar

7.Cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour into the pot, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes (if there is no pot, just cover and cook in the pot)

8.Open the lid, turn to high heat to reduce the juice, and add green onions
9. It’s time to put it on the plate for taking pictures! (Usually I just bring the pot to the table haha)
The ribs cooked in a clay pot will be softer and more flavorful
