How to make spicy duck clavicle

1.Wash the duck clavicle and cut it in half.(This is the second time I made the picture, the rock sugar and green peppercorns were not included in the picture)

2. Put it into the pot, add half of the ginger slices and green onions, and pour in all the cooking wine.

3. Add cold water to cover the ingredients.Boil the blood and clean it.

4. Add all the dry ingredients to the bottom of the pot, then add the cooked collarbone, and finally pour in For all wet materials, no water is needed.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the juice is reduced.(The picture above is a photo where all the ingredients have just been poured in.The juice has probably covered more than half of the ingredients.)

6. Take it out of the pan and it will taste better after it cools down ~
