How to make spicy shrimp

1.Prepare fresh shrimp

2. Slice ginger, millet pepper, cut green onion (separate green onion/green leaves), Sichuan peppercorns, appropriate amount of dry red chili, and mince garlic.Remove shrimp heads and shrimp lines from shrimps.
