1. Main ingredients, wash and cut and set aside

2.Cut green onion, coriander and ginger and set aside

3.Heat oil in a pot, add minced ginger when the oil is hot

4. Stir-fry the meat slices in a pot, pour in a small amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell
