How to make stir-fried pork belly with garlic moss

1.Pork belly slices

2.Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, salt and marinate for 15 Minutes

3.Cut garlic into sections

4. Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color, place on a plate and set aside

5.Add a little oil to the pot and add garlic moss

6.Saute until cooked, add light soy sauce and salt
