White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Minced onion and garlic (appropriate amount) |
How to make shrimp and broccoli

1.After washing the broccoli, soak it in salt water for about 20 minutes.Boil the water in the pot, add half a spoonful of salt, 2-3 drops of oil, blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes, take it out, and set aside in cold water.

2. Saute the minced onion and garlic in the oil pan until fragrant, add the shrimp and stir-fry.
