| Green onion ( One ) | Coriander ( One tree ) |
Millet pepper ( 4 pcs ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Haitian soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |

Braised tilapia How to cook fish

1.Chopped green onion, coriander, millet Mince the peppers and dice the tomatoes and set aside.

2. Wash the tilapia and marinate with cooking wine and salt to taste.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add tilapia.

4. Fry the tilapia until both sides are golden brown, remove and set aside.(The fire is too high, it’s a bit mushy)

Tips
1.When frying fish, first apply salt on the fish body to prevent it from sticking to the pan.Also, fry it slowly over low heat and use more oil.
