Tofu: Moisturizing
Ingredients
Tofu ( 400g ) | Homemade chopped pepper ( One tablespoon ) |
Onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Peanut oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt, chicken essence ( a little ) |
How to make chopped pepper tofu

1. Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch it in hot water for a few minutes.

2.Chop the pepper and prepare the onion and ginger

3.Heat a pan with oil, add onions and ginger, chop peppers and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add a small bowl of water to boil and add a little salt

5.Blanched tofu

6.Simmer over medium-low heat , when you see that the soup is almost gone, add some chicken essence and stir it out evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onion,
Tips
Blanched tofu is less brittle and more tender.Chopped pepper sauce is salty, so be sure to add less salt.
