How to make Cordyceps flower and old duck radish soup

1.Prepare the ingredients.Duck leg, white radish, green onion and ginger, cordyceps flower, wolfberry.

2.Cut the ingredients and set aside.

3.Put the duck legs into the pressure cooker.

4.Add the cut white radish pieces.

5.Add two liters of water.

6.Add onion, ginger, cordyceps flowers, and wolfberry.

7. Add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper.

Tips
I eat radish in winter and ginger in summer.I added a piece of ginger.I like to drink light soup, so I don’t add any seasoning.If you like it, you can add some peppercorns and aniseed to make the taste richer.
