Ingredients
Chestnut ( 100g ) | Pork bones ( 400g ) |
Green radish (Half) | Green onion knot (10g ) |
Ginger slices ( 15g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make chestnut, radish and pork bone soup

2.Prepare onion knots and ginger slices

3.Put the pork bones into a casserole together, add an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over high heat

4. Skim off the foam, turn to low heat, cover the pot, and cook for 30 minutes

5.Wash the chestnuts, drain and set aside
