Pork belly ( 5 slices ) | Vermicelli ( 1 serving ) |

How to make cabbage, vermicelli and tofu soup

1.Tear the cabbage into pieces and cut the tofu into cubes

2. Stir-fry the fat of pork belly to make oil

3.Add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

4.Add cabbage and stir-fry until slightly soft

5.Put all the ingredients into the soup pot

6.Add hot water to cover the ingredients , add salt, pepper and chicken essence to taste, cook on low heat for 10 minutes
