
Ingredients
New Zealand dried fish maw ( 30g ) | Ginger (A small piece) |
Wolfberry ( 3g ) | Soybean ( 100g ) |
Bitter melon ( half root ) | Tube bone ( 400g ) |
Recipe for New Zealand fish maw tube bone, soybean and bitter melon soup

1.Soak the soybeans in water overnight;

2. Soak the fish maw in advance and cut it into small pieces for later use;

3. Slice ginger and set aside;

4.Put the fish maw that has been soaked in advance into a stew pot together with soybeans, tube bones and ginger, add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 3 hours;

5. Remove the seeds from the bitter melon and cut into small pieces, and put it into a stew pot for the last 30 minutes;

6.Add wolfberry for the last 10 minutes and season with salt.
