Ingredients
Crucian carp ( one ) | Silky tofu ( Half piece ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 pcs ) | Pleurotus eryngii ( One ) |
Enoki mushroom ( Half piece ) | Seafood mushroom ( Half piece ) |
Boiling water ( A pot ) | Ginger slices ( 3 slices ) |
Scallions ( 2 roots ) | Salt ( a little ) |

How to make crucian carp, tofu and mushroom soup

1.Prepare ingredients for later use

2.Cut the tofu into cubes, wash and cut all the mushrooms and set aside

3.Slice the ginger and chop the green onions

4. Heat the pot oil, add crucian carp and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides

5.Add ginger slices and a Pot of boiling water

6. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and fry for 30 minutes

7.Add tofu and mushrooms and continue to simmer for 10 minutes
