How to make steamed egg custard with minced meat

1. Prepare ingredients: chop the pork into minced meat.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them up.

3.Add warm water and stir evenly.

4. Pass the beaten egg liquid through a sieve.

5.Pour it into a container and wrap it with plastic wrap.

6. Boil water in a steamer, turn up the heat and steam for 15 to 20 minutes.

7.Use the steaming time of the egg custard to fry the minced meat: put light soy sauce into the meat filling , cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and starch, mix well, chop the green onion into fine pieces.

10. Take out the steamed custard and remove the plastic wrap.

Tips
If you want the custard to be tender and smooth, the two steps of sieving and covering with plastic wrap are indispensable.
