How to make homemade spicy strips

1. Prepare the soaked yuba and all materials as shown below

2.Use a grinder to grind all the seasonings into powder and mix them together (use if you don’t have any) Crush with rolling pin)

3.Put oil in the pan and fry the yuba until golden brown on both sides. One side has been fried and you are frying the other side.(Before frying, drain the water or use kitchen paper to dry the water to prevent oil from splashing and scalding you.) After frying, take it out and set aside

4. Put a little more oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, turn off the heat and add the seasonings mixed before.(The oil should not be too hot, as it will burn easily if it is too hot. This is a bit confusing for me)

5. Add the fried yuba and stir evenly , let each bean curd stick be coated with chili oil

6.Pour it into a plate and sprinkle a little at the end White sesame seeds and cumin, this is a delicious homemade spicy strips

7.Here is a beautiful picture, Does it tempt you?
Tips
It will be easier and more convenient to fry it in a non-stick pan; if you like it super spicy, you can add more chili and peppercorns; my yuba needs to be soaked in cold water for a longer time, but if you use hot water to soak it, It will soak faster.
