Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | |
Five-spice powder ( 1/2 spoon ) |

1.Prepare ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1/2 carrot, 2 eggplants, and a small amount of green onions.

2. Wash the eggplant and remove the roots.
