Ingredients
Purslane ( 300g ) | Water fungus ( 100g ) |
Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | Chili sauce ( 15g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10 grams ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Pepper ( a little ) | MSG ( a little ) |

1.Purslane picking and washing Clean, drain and set aside

2.Wash the fungus, drain and set aside

3.Prepare the minced garlic and chopped green onion and put them into a small bowl

4. Heat the oil in a pot until it smokes, pour it into a small bowl and sauté until fragrant

6.Put some water into a pan, add salt and bring to a boil

7.Add purslane and black fungus, stir over high heat and mix evenly
