How to make crystal pig's trotters

1.Wash the raw pig's trotters and cut them into pieces (I asked the merchant to cut them)

2.Cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, and prepare star anise, peppercorns, bay leaves, and cinnamon

3.Put the pig's trotters in the pot, add water to cover the pig's trotters, add a tablespoon of cooking wine, pepper, two sections of green onions, and two large slices of ginger and bring to a boil

4.Cooking in this way can effectively remove the fishy smell and impurities of pig's trotters

5.While the pig's trotters are cooking, take another stew pot and put the remaining onion, ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves into it

6.Wash the boiled pig's trotters and put them into the stew pot

7.Add a tablespoon of cooking wine and enough water to double the size of the pig's trotters

8. Boil over high fire
