How to make sweet and sour crispy radish

1. Peel and slice the white radish into thin slices and set aside.

2. Slice ginger and shred red pepper and set aside.

3. Marinate the white radish slices with appropriate amount of salt for ten minutes, and wash away the salt water with cold boiling water.

4. Add an appropriate amount of white vinegar to the white radish slices and spread them evenly on the radish slices white sugar.

5. Spread the ginger slices and red pepper shreds on top.

6. Marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Just install it the next day.
