How to make cold Tianqi vegetables

1. Prepare ingredients: Pangasius, millet pepper, garlic cloves.

2. Rinse Tianqi and set aside.

3. Chop the millet pepper and set aside.

4. Chop the garlic into small pieces and set aside.

5. Put the millet pepper and minced garlic into a bowl.
