Ingredients
Amaranth stems ( 200g ) | Chicken breast ( 1 piece ) |

How to mix amaranth stems with shredded chicken

1.Soak chicken breasts in water for half an hour to remove blood

2.Peel the amaranth stems and cut into small pieces, wash and drain and set aside
