Ingredients
Tofu ( 1 block ) | Oil (appropriate amount) |
Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | White sesame seeds ( a little ) div> |

Vinegar ( 2 tablespoons ) | Sugar ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Starch ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt (appropriate amount) | Clear water ( half a bowl ) |
How to make sweet and sour tofu

1.Soak the tofu in water for ten minutes to remove the bean smell.Add a little salt in the water to make the tofu taste better

2. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside

3. Heat oil in the pot until 80% hot tofu

4.Fry until both sides are golden brown and set aside

5. Mix tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, starch, salt and water into a bowl of juice

6.Pour the hot oil into the pot and bring to a boil

7.Pour in the tofu and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
8. Stir-fry evenly so that each piece of tofu is coated with the sauce

9.Finally, put it on the plate and garnish with some chopped green onion
