How to make chopped pepper tofu

1.Red pepper wash Chop cleanly

2.Peel and chop the garlic

3. Boil water in a pot.After the water boils, add some salt to the water, add tofu and blanch for one minute

4. Remove and drain, slice and serve on a plate
5. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant
6.Pour in the chopped pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

7.Add appropriate amount of salt Seasoning

Tips
Blanching tofu in salt can remove the beany smell and It can make the tofu less fragile.
