How to make enoki mushrooms with tin foil

1.Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove.Divide into small portions

2.Chop green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper

4.Line a baking sheet with tin foil

5.Spread enoki mushrooms on tinfoil

6.Spread onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper, Pour on the prepared juice

7.Wrap the tin foil to prevent juice leakage

8.Put it in the oven and bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes
