Hot pepper ( 500g ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | balsamic vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
Water starch ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Sugar (appropriate amount) | Pepper Powder ( 1 tsp ) |
How to make tiger skin peppers

1.Wash the green peppers and remove the roots

2.Poach out the inner seeds

3.Use the back of the knife a few times to make it easier to taste

4.Cut everything into small pieces

5.Heat oil in a pot, add hot peppers and stir-fry

6. Stir-fry When all the tiger skin is removed, set aside.

7.In another pan, add green onion and ginger Sauté garlic

8.Add hot pepper and stir-fry evenly

9.Add one spoon each of light soy sauce, mature vinegar and cooking wine, then add pepper powder, one spoon each of salt and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

10.Finally, pour in water starch and stir-fry evenly.
Tips
Stir-fry the peppers slowly over low heat until the tiger skin comes out.If the heat is too high, it will easily burn.
