How to make curry chicken rice bowl (single serving)

1. Cut fresh chicken breast into cubes of appropriate size.

2. Cut onions, potatoes, carrots and garlic into cubes and prepare.

3. After the oil boils, add in and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add water and simmer over low heat for ten minutes until the water is just enough to cover it shall prevail.

5.Add curry ingredients and appropriate amount of chopped green onion.Add less Thai sweet chili sauce and soy sauce to adjust color before serving.

6.The curry chicken is completed, and then it is plated.

7.Use a small bowl to invert on a plate and garnish with coriander.Curry chicken rice bowl is completed.
Tips
There is already salt in the curry ingredients, so you can add salt to taste.
