Ingredients
Chayote ( 1 ) | Shrimp ( 200g ) |
Eggs ( 3 ) | Scallions ( 2 ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Oil ( 8 grams ) |
Salt ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 3g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 3g ) | Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Starch ( 5 grams ) | Cracked black pepper ( 1g ) |

How to make chayote and shrimp in tomato sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients.Shrimp, chayote, eggs, onions and garlic.

2. Marinate the shrimps, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and starch , cracked black pepper.

3.Stir evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.

4. While marinating the shrimp, cut the vegetables and set aside.

5. Beat the eggs and the ingredients are ready to start cooking.

6. Heat oil in a pot until it is 70% hot.

7. Pour in the eggs, stir-fry evenly, and set aside.

8. Pour oil into the pot and heat until it is 50% hot.

9.Add the shrimp and fry until brown.

10. Fry the shrimps, add the onions and garlic, and stir-fry evenly.

11.Add chayote slices and stir-fry evenly.

12.Add salt and continue to stir-fry.

13.Add tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

14.Pour in the scrambled eggs.

15. Stir-fry evenly until the flavors are incorporated, and then take it out of the pot.

16.A plate of sweet, sour, salty and delicious tomato sauce chayote shrimps.it is done!
Tips
The shrimps are coated with starch and tend to stick to the bottom.If they are fried over low heat until they are thicker than the batter, the color will not look good.For reference!
