How to make beer duck

1. The duck is packed by the seller.You can take it home, clean it and drain it.Dry moisture

2. Prepare green onion segments, shallot segments, ginger slices, and garlic slices

3.Pick and wash red peppers, cut into small pieces and set aside

4.Put half a pot of water into the pot, add salt, green onion segments and two slices of ginger

5.Pour in the duck meat, mix well, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for about 1 minute

Tips
