How to make crispy fried chicken wings

1. Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on the surface with a knife.Add cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce and a bag of garlic powder and mix with your hands.Marinate evenly until the flavors are infused (wear disposable gloves for cleanliness) and control the time yourself.I marinated it for 3 hours

2.Crack the eggs into a bowl, put the cornstarch and bread crumbs into the bowl and set aside

3.The first step is to put the marinated wings into corn starch, and firm up some starch on the surface to prevent uneven sticking

4.Then put it into the beaten egg liquid and evenly dip it into the egg liquid

5. Put it in bread crumbs and wrap it evenly, and press the bread crumbs tightly with your hands to prevent the eggs from falling out when frying.

6.Put it aside for a while

7.Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat the oil to 50% heat, dip the chicken wings in medium-low heat, and fry until cooked through , check that there is no blood or water spilling out of the wings with chopsticks, then take out the chicken wings

8.The golden skin has a crispy texture, and the chicken wings are tender and salty.
Tips
Tip: Ingredients are for reference only. The amount of auxiliary ingredients should be determined by the amount of chicken wings.Remember to remember that the oil temperature is too high.Dip and fry the chicken wings in low oil temperature.Place the pot in the middle without flipping the chicken wings until one side is solidified, then flip it over so that the bread crumbs will not fall off easily.
