How to make steamed meat rolls

1. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, salt and ginger powder to the minced meat, stir in one direction until strong.

2. Prepare a thousand sheets, wash them and lay them flat.

3. Spread the mixed minced meat evenly on thousands of sheets.

4. Roll up from one end.

5.Put it into a boiling pot and steam for about 10 minutes.

6. Cut the steamed thousand rolls into small pieces.

7. Pour the oozing soup from the steamed Qianzhang into the pot, add light soy sauce and Stir the oil and bring to a boil.(If there is no soup, use a little water instead)
