Kelp ( 35g ) | Winter melon ( 500g ) |
Pork bones ( 380g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make winter melon and kelp soup

1.Prepare the materials.

2. Soak the kelp and boil the bones in boiling water 1 minute, scoop up and set aside.Peel and cut the winter melon into cubes and set aside.

3.Take a pressure cooker , pour the bones in, add 2 large bowls of water, cover the lid, turn on high heat, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
4.While the bone soup is cooking, wash the soaked kelp, cut into pieces, and set aside.

5.After 20 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the steam from the pot, and open the lid.
6.Pour winter melon and kelp into the cooked bone soup, cover the lid, turn on high heat, lower the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

7.After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, steam the pot, open the lid, add salt and chicken essence, and it's ready to go!

Tips
Boil the bones for 20 minutes first, then add the winter melon and kelp, and cook the winter melon , the kelp will not be overcooked, tastes good, and looks good.
