Celery: calms the liver
Ingredients
Celery ( 160g ) | Prawns ( 6-7 pieces ) |
Scallion ( 1 piece ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Cooking wine ( 1.5 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Chicken essence ( 1g ) |
Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry celery with shrimp

1.Picture of the finished product.

2.Pick off the leaves of celery, wash and cut into sections.

3. Blanch the celery for a while and take it out.

4. Remove the shells, heads, and threads of the prawns and wash them.

5.Cut green onions and mince garlic.

6. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

7. Pour in the prawns and stir-fry until they change color.

8.Pour in the celery segments.

9. Pour in cooking wine and light soy sauce.

10.Add salt and chicken essence.

11.Finally stir-fry evenly.

12. Take it out of the pot.
Tips
You don’t need to blanch the celery, adjust it according to your preference.
