How to make spicy tofu at home

1.Raw materials: tender tofu

2.Raw materials: shredded Pork

3.Cut the tofu into small cubes, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the green onions into sections.

4.Put oil into a clean pan, add minced pork to 60% heat, and stir-fry over medium heat 1 minute.

5.Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry a few times, and add Pixian bean paste.

6. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, add sugar, and add two small bowls of water (about 400 grams) , bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and add tofu.

7. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, add water soybean flour, and cook for another minute.Add chicken essence, remove from pot and plate.

8.Sprinkle with pepper powder, chili powder, green onions, and done.
Tips
After the tofu is put in the pot, just push it gently with the back of the spatula to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pot.Do not use a spatula to turn the tofu, otherwise the soft tofu will break and the dish will turn into bean curd.
