How to make cold spinach

1.Fresh Wash the spinach, rinse it several times in running water, control the water and set aside.

2. Boil water in a pot and add spinach.Blanch it for about two or three minutes until the spinach becomes soft.

3. Pour the spinach into cold water, squeeze out the water and set aside.

Tips
